Mr Prins Perera is Senior Vice President Treasury & Investment Banking of DFCC Bank PLC. Mr Perera has held several senior positions at Commercial Bank of Ceylon Plc counting over 32 years of banking experience both locally and internationally, and retired as Senior DGM Treasury. He has served as a Board member of CBC Myanmar Microfinance Company Limited, a subsidiary of Commercial Bank of Ceylon Plc.
Mr. Perera is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA UK), an associate member of Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA-UK) and an associate member of Certified Public Accountants (CPA Australia). He holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Bankers – Sri Lanka (FBA).
He is a Director of Acuity Stock Brokers (Pvt) Limited, National Asset Management Limited, Rockfort Advisory (Pvt) Ltd, DFCC Consulting (Pvt) Ltd and Lanka Industrial Estates Limited.

Mr. Vidarsha Dharmasena is the Vice President of Strategic Planning at DFCC Bank PLC, a leading financial institution in Sri Lanka. He drives the bank’s growth by overseeing strategic initiatives, backed by extensive experience in corporate banking and strategy.
His contributions extend beyond DFCC Bank, including speaking at the National Workshop on Implementation and Financing Mechanisms in Sri Lanka, promoting sustainable banking practices. He has also facilitated major transactions, such as DFCC’s support for Watawala Tea Ceylon Limited’s leveraged acquisition of Daintee Limited.
Mr. Dharmasena’s leadership and industry engagement strengthen DFCC Bank’s role in Sri Lanka’s banking sector.
Bulathsinghalage Rasika Chaminda Cooray

Mr. B R C Cooray is a seasoned professional with 29 years of leadership experience across diverse industries. He holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Australia, also serving on the local executive committee. His certifications from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and the Asian Institute of Marketing underscore his expertise.
Mr. Cooray began his career in 1994 at HLB Edirisinghe & Co., advancing through roles at Hemas Garments, the National Prawn Company in Saudi Arabia, and MacBertan, where he significantly contributed to the company’s growth over eight years. Later, as Head of Finance at McLarens Lubricants, he worked with global brands like Exxon Mobil and led successful turnaround initiatives, earning multiple accolades. He then served as General Manager at McLarens Property before becoming CEO of LINDEL Group, where he applies his extensive experience and strategic vision to drive growth.
Michel Casselman
Director
Michel Casselman is a seasoned investment professional and board director with extensive experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, and long-term capital deployment across emerging and developed markets. He is the General Manager of PMV, the Flemish region’s investment company, where he oversees investments in energy transition, infrastructure, real assets, and growth companies, with nearly EUR 1 billion in equity under management.
Michel has served on the boards of multiple renewable energy, infrastructure, and real-asset investment platforms, including wind energy and infrastructure funds. He brings deep expertise in aligning public and private capital, managing diverse stakeholders, and supporting sustainable development initiatives. With prior exposure to Asian markets, including India, and a strong background in energy and infrastructure investing, he provides strategic oversight relevant to Sri Lanka’s renewable energy transition. Michel holds master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Financial Economics and is an INSEAD-certified director.
Sharad Sridharan
Director
Sharad co-founded ACP Asset Management, is a member of its Board of Directors, and serves on the Investment Committee.
Sharad is responsible for sourcing, executing acquisitions and monitoring several of ACP Asset Management’s portfolio companies. He serves on all investee company boards and maintains strong personal relationships with all stakeholders across the investment spectrum.
Prior to founding ACP Asset Management, Sharad trained and practiced as a corporate M&A lawyer in both Sydney and Abu Dhabi and has worked for several global law firms including Linklaters, Allens Arthur Robinson, and DLA Piper.
He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Technology, Sydney.
